I would only stop here if you really need something. I love to support local businesses but the coffee at this place just isn't good. I know people go nuts for the chippie thing but....... shouldn't a coffee house's coffee be at least good?
I am more than willing to try them out again soon but the last two times haven't been good. (Ice coffee talked old. How can you be bad at iced coffee in New England?)

Maybe I came in on a bad day, and judging from these reviews, I may be off.

However, let me tell you about my experience. As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this isn't a coffee house, but rather a hole in the wall. No wifi, bathrooms, inside seating, etc. John's Java Stand is more like it.

Besides that, I was given the worst coffee I have ever had, like this is worse then staying at a holiday inn and drinking the coffee in your room. I started drinking it in the car and had to spit it out. Terrible.

Anyway, my two cents. Drink at your own peril.

The best around hands down. Their iced coffee is the perfect afternoon pick me up after a long morning at the beach

I went in here for the first time today. The menu may be a little limited, but they have breakfast sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, soup, quiches, and a few pastries. For drinks, coffee and tea, both hot or iced, plus smoothies for those who want a healthier alternative.

I ordered a small iced coffee, with milk, sugar,(which you have to get for yourself, apparently) and a flavor shot (mint chocolate) and it came to almost $3. Some would say that's too much, but I think it's better to support the small business than to pay a little less at a chain store. The coffee, however, was very good.

Staff are friendly, but seating is non-existent at this location.

Recommended if you're in the area.
